Seros Tools is a public creator workspace for users who choose to connect their own social media accounts and prepare or publish content through the service.

Data We Collect

We store OAuth access tokens for your connected social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) in encrypted form on the server. We also store basic account identifiers returned by each platform, TikTok account statistics such as follower count and likes count when authorized, scheduled post metadata, captions, and uploaded media needed to complete publishing.

How We Use Your Data

Tokens are used only to operate the product features requested by the signed-in user: connecting a creator account, preparing content, scheduling posts, publishing content, showing account metrics, and showing publishing status. Seros Tools does not use TikTok developer products to display posts from TikTok accounts managed by Seros or its team on this website.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We send content and required metadata to the social platforms selected by the user when the user publishes or schedules a post.

Data Deletion

You can disconnect your accounts at any time using the “Disconnect” button in the app, which deletes the stored OAuth tokens for that connected account. You may also request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
